Phil Luck

After serving an old school, Brooklyn apprenticeship under Steve Delgatto I began my career in the spring of 1993. My early years were spent working in and around the New York area before settling in here, at Tattoo Seen in 1996. During that time, I had my work featured on the covers of several tattoo magazines, and in the pages of many more. I painted over 100 pages of Tattoo designs during those years, which still today grace the walls of tattoo shops around the globe. In 2002, I relocated to Duchess county NY and spent several years working at Planet New York in Poughkeepsie where I put together several gallery shows featuring several tattoo artists I have worked with over the years. In 2009, I moved to Las Vegas where I took a job at Studio 21 Tattoo. While in Las Vegas I had a Gallery set up of my artwork at The Cornerstone Gallery. I spent a short time working with TV's Cleen Rock One before moving into a private studio space. These days I split my time between the East and West coasts.
